Chef Michael Broughton established Terroir overlooking gardens, golf course and vineyards on the Kleine Zalze Wine Estate in 2004 after making his culinary reputation in Johannesburg. The inventive menu - think a main course of roasted pork belly with rhubarb and truffled mac 'n cheese - is locally sourced and changes by the season. It is served in a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere with wines from the estate.
