If you can't score a reservation at Chef Luke Dale-Roberts's Test Kitchen, try your luck at his Pot Luck Club atop a former silo at the Woodstock Biscuit Mill where chickpea fries are served in a cardboard to-go box. Tapa-based, the menu includes innovative dishes like ash-baked celeriac teamed with tahini, lentils, mint and goat cheese and springbok carpaccio with smoked pine nuts, honey-soy dressing and creamy goat cheese. The "sharing plates" are classified by taste: salty, sour, sweet, unami and bitter. Go at lunch to enjoy the 360-degree views. Reservations advised.
