Roxie in another life was Hepcat, a U.S.-style, rockabilly bar, which used to host occasional ladies' nights. The recent name change also signifies a new ambiance, which Roxie hopes will attract a mix of ex-pat and local lalas (lesbians) in a town where lesbian bars are short-lived.
