Nestled in the chaos of the Jaffa Flea Market, with battered furnishings and a general air of disorganization, Puaa can make a shabby first impression. But once you grab a seat and get your food, you'll see why this is one of the best budget options around. Much of the menu is vegetarian, including the classic Middle Eastern dish majadarah (rice with lentils), which is served in a heap with fresh salad and yogurt. Also on the menu: a delightful array of fresh-baked cakes, cookies and croissants that are on par with the most elegant of French cafes.

One of my favorite restaurants for dinner. They serve you a sangria gratis and their diverse menu has lots of great choices. Pumpkin dumplings is one of my favorite selections. A good choice for dinner with friends or as a date.
