Perhaps one of the most unique cultural attractions in Tel Aviv, and one widely reported on in the global press, the Nalagaat Center is a non-profit art space staffed entirely by artists who are blind and deaf. The goal is to open up a dialogue about what it means to experience art as a human being; a lofty goal, but one they manage to achieve. The center includes an arts workshop, a blacked-out restaurant and a performance space. Tickets range in price from 70 to 100NIS.
