Mr. Fogg's, "the residence of the eccentric adventurer," is a quirky Mayfair cocktail bar done up in a Victorian clutter of hunting rifles, animal heads, bird cages, half a hot air balloon, bicycles, maps and and selection of chesterfield seating with table service. Informal but elegant attire is requested. Last entrance to the residence is at 12:30 am. Reservations recommended.
