At Sophie's, beef comes in chef or single cuts, from British Native Breeds, dry aged and butchered in house. The Sunday roast is served all day from noon. Ten-ounce (283 gram) Angus burgers are also on the menu, and steak frites available from noon to 7 pm. Its Covent Garden location has closed.
