Le Gai Moulin was one of the first gay restaurants in Paris when it opened in 1981. Now an institution, it serves quality French cuisine in a room with mirrors and red banquettes. Its owner is Christophe Moulin, a local icon and singer/songwriter, whose "Nous Les Restauranteurs" has been seen by nearly 80,000 on YouTube.
