Newish on the Sitges scene, Big Al's has big, juicy American burgers, curly fries and craft beer. The burgers are so big they are served in multiple patties. Big Al, the signature burger, has four patties, cheese, local greens, sweet onion and special sauce. Fat Elvis is a double patty with creamy peanut putter, bacon and caramelized banana. The burger bar also gets raves for its pulled pork nachos and quesadillas, beer-battered onion rings and black bean burgers. Big Al's doesn't take reservations, but you can put your name on the list when the restaurant opens at noon.
