Martin Rebaudino was the award-winning executive chef at Oviedo before opening his 30-seat Roux restaurant in Recoleta. Seasonal, market-fresh, young, contemporary, the Mediterranean-inspired menu consists of artistic plates that don't lose taste to texture and color.
