Lilit

Bar in South Roma
  • LGBTQ-friendly
  • Bar

If you're into molecular mixology, Lilit serves up classic cocktails but also unmatchable originals like the San Francisco Homeless - vodka, pineapple, cranberry and orange juices delivered in a bottle concealed in a paper bag. Lucas Ranzuglia, once with Milk and Honey in London, is the man behind the unique potions. The hipster hangout also has cheese and charcuterie plates and wings with a habañero-chocolate sauce. It is named after Lilit (with an "h"), an ancient female demon or supposedly Adam's wife before Eve.
