Elena Reygadas, chef-owner at Rosetta, trained at the French Institute in New York, mastered Italian cuisine in London and was chosen Restaurant magazine's Best Woman Chef in Latin America in 2014. She opened Rosetta just two years earlier in an elegant old townhouse after doing pop up dinners and is particularly known for her breads and fresh pastas. The menu changes seasonally, using artisan techniques for an original take on Italian.
