Twisted Palms is a classy yet unpretentious rooftop lounge, serving only premium brands. Mondays are Martini Madness nights with 50-peso martinis. The drink is the house specialty, but the Canadian owner Alan Sellars can whip up anything. When not engaged in conversation, you can watch movies playing on the wall. Closes for a three-month summer vacation.
