It is a perennial winner in the local best-Asian category. Chef Archie goes way back in Puerto Vallarta. In 1978 he was hired as personal chef at Director John Huston's jungle hideaway on Banderas Bay. Archie's Wok is a family-run business with harp, flute and vocals Friday evenings. No reservations.
