Peyote People is a fair-trade cooperative gallery/museum promoting the yarn paintings and bead art of the Huichoi indigenous peoples of the Sierra Madre Mountains in Western Mexico. Huichoi work has an international following. An 80-panel beaded mural by Santos de la Torre is in the Palais Royal/Louvre Metro station in Paris. Hours: Weekdays 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., weekends 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
