The historic Riverside Hotel, built by the Las Olas Company in 1936, and its modern tower remain at the heart of Las Olas Boulevard. With its own dock on New River, it can be reached by water taxi and is within easy walking to downtown museums, art galleries, restaurants, bars and some of the best shopping in town. It has 220 room and three restaurants, including a terrace along the shady street. Children under 18 stay free when using existing beds.
