At the Dolphin Research Center, a series of salt-water lagoons, you can interact with bottlenose dolphins and even take a dip with them. The center, now a non-profit, began as Santini's Porpoise School, a roadside attraction in the late 1950s with some of its early residents going on to star in Flipper movies.
