• Asian fusion

Kyu is a wood-fired Asian grill, rooted in the Japanese barbecue tradition of Yakinku, with much of the cooking going on right before your eyes in the center of the room. Using mostly locally sourced produce, the menu includes meat, seafood and veggies. The restaurant was launched in February 2016 by Chef Michael Lewis, formerly at Zuma, and Steven Haigh, who had been Zuma GM. Happy Hour daily, except Sunday, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
