Crandon Golf is an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course where the Senior PGA Tour was played for many years. It is the only public course on the bay and inexpensive as golf goes. The lowest summer rate is $30 for twilight tee-offs after 4:30 p.m. The course is lit until 9:30 p.m. The secluded course weaves through lush tropical foliage and mangrove swamps. Golfwise, the seventh hole, a par 4, has been called one of the greatest holes in golf because it doglegs to the right and over sparkling waters. Tee times can be made up to five days in advance.
