Untitled is the restaurant on the ground floor of the Whitney Museum's new Renzo Piano-designed downtown location. Executive chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern serves contemporary American cuisine. The venue with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides is open to the public. There is also an eighth floor cafe - for museum goers only - under the same management, which also oversees food at MOMA. Open only for lunch and snacks, it offers lighter fare and during warmer months has outdoor seating with 300-degree city and river views. Untitled reservations may be made up to a month out.
