Joe Coffee and Café is probably the most popular coffee shop in town - which is not to say the others are lower quality, but for whatever reason this is the top spot to mingle with other early-risers while you nosh on breakfast treats both sweet and savory. The cafe opens at 7 am, and lines will form quickly, so expect a short wait. There's also a large, shaded outdoor seating area where you can get a jump on the people-watching P-town is known for.
