The Hotel Amour, just south of Pigalle, was created by hotel mastermind Thierry Costes and designed by André Saraiva, the graffiti artist and nightclub entrepreneur who founded Le Baron in London and Paris and Le Bain club at the Standard Hotel in New York. Each of the 24 rooms has a different decor created by noted artists and designers like Marc Newsone and featuring erotic photographs, leather, disco balls and Chinese art objects that look straight from the flea market. The hotel has a pleasant garden and popular café.
