Sphere is the rotating restaurant inside the giant globe perched atop Berlin's infamous TV-tower. The food is traditional and a bit overpriced and the lines long, but for anyone who wants the full-panorama of the cityscape during one of its hour-long rotation, the touristy chutzpah is part of the package.
