Perched on stilts above the beach and decorated with South Seas flair and a thatched roof, Parasol is one of the most popular bars in the area. It can be difficult to find a seat here during happy hour, but once settled in you'll enjoy a wide variety of festive libations from PiƱa Coladas to Mai Tais. With a mixed crowd of all ages and orientations, it's one of the more cohesive night spots, and the funky reggae music and live jazz acts keep the party going late into the night. The food is good too - think small plates of falafel, buttered noodles, or pizzas - though should be avoided if you are in a rush as the kitchen can be slow.
