Erivan proposes an experience in Armenian culture that delves into nearly forgotten national recipes: spiced kufta made of ground veal, grapes leaves stuffed with quail, homemade Arishta noodles, charcoal-grilled lamb. The three dining halls also proudly evoke the homeland in their decor, displaying handmade tapestries, colorful clothes, clay utensils and furniture crafted by Armenian craftsmen. Monday to Saturday, classical duduk music is accompanied by romantic vocals starting at 8 pm.
