La Gomera Archaeological Museum, known locally as MAG, is housed in a typical Canary Island building near La Asunción Church Square. The small collection includes exhibits about Canarian aborigines and their cave paintings as well as a full-scale replica of a sacrificial altar. Guided tours are available in the mornings.
