Three of the four walls at the fancy Parkhuus restaurant in the even fancier Park Hyatt hotel are floor-to-ceiling windows. The cuisine is creative and contemporary, served out of a large open kitchen with wood burning open, and the wine library has over 3,000 bottles, accessed by a stunning spiral staircase.
*Note that from October to December, 2016 it was transformed into the Hung'ER Butcher Shop and Restaurant: "One hundred percent Swiss, seasonal, creative and sustainable 'from mouth to tail' with the theme 'Meat the Unexpected'."
