Todo Mundo on Plaza Dorrego is open from 9 am, but things really pick up for the nightly tango shows and Sundays when there is dancing and a public milonga on the plaza. The food gets mixed reviews and the bathrooms could be cleaner, but Todo Mundo remains a San Telmo favorite for atmosphere and entertainment.
