A little off the beaten track, hidden away in Urca, Julius Brasserie is a 15-minute walk from the Sugar Loaf cable station and right across from Urca beach. Although the atmosphere may be slightly minimalist, the Dutch owner is very welcoming, the service friendly, the bay views superb and the French-Brazilian bistro fare top notch and affordable.
