Opened in 2015, Huset is set in a romantic open-air patio with wooden tables, retro lighting and gravel floor. Venezuelan-born chef Maycoll "Mike" Calderón, who worked for Jean Georges in New York, serves what he calls seasonal "comfort food" like gnocchi with wild mushrooms, lemon cream and parmesan. Many dishes are grilled and wood oven-fired.
