Around since 1993, Cuates & Cuetes - or Buddies and Fireworks - is a restaurant-bar in the middle of the fun and good times at Los Muertos Beach, with the fishing pier almost right in front. Great for sunsets, 5 pm to 7 pm happy hour and 8 am to 8 pm 2-for-one margaritas, it has live jazz and Latin music from 8 pm to 11 pm.
