A Queen Anne-style house with seven suites and a stand alone cottage, O Canada House is gay-owned and operated with a refined but homey atmosphere akin to staying in the home of a close friend. There are quite a few unique touches including a pantry stocked with goodies that guests are encouraged to raid and a cheerful bearded collie named Daisy. The history of the house is equally unusual - legend has it an early version of the Canadian national anthem was composed here.
