Locarno Beach is a designated "quiet" outdoor spot, so while party animals will want to take their music and bonfires elsewhere, it's the perfect spot for a romantic picnic or meditation. The beach is sandy and has picnic tables, a concession stand, free parking and summer season lifeguards.
