The ultra-hip Line Hotel has American and Korean snacks in the mini-bars, red-bean buns and butter-mochi cakes in the cafe and a lobby bar crafting cocktails from curry and kimchi. The 383 rooms on 12 floors feature floor-to-ceiling windows and beds positioned to take in the views of the Hollywood Hills. Roy Choi, the food truck king who introduced the world to Korean-Mexican tacos, directs food and beverage. The hotel has two bars, three restaurants (including Choi's Pot), foosball and ping pong in the poolside bar and a shop by the art and design collective Poketo. The restored mid-century building is the old Wilshire Plaza Hotel, gutted and repurposed.
