Roy Choi's now iconic Kogi Korean-taco food trucks operate on red, green and orange "lines" in Los Angeles and Orange Counties Tuesday through Saturday, parking at two to three stops a day from lunchtime to party time. Check the website for time and place. If you don't want to search for a truck, you can visit the Kogi counter at the Alibi Room in Culver City.
