The old Don't Tell Mama nightclub has been transformed into Norah, a stylish southern (cornbread with rosemary-honey butter) eatery offering a nine-course tasting menu for around US$65. International designer Thomas Schoos created a 128-seat industrial-chic dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the garden in back and a 24-seat wraparound marble bar. Both food and decor are eclectic. Reservations advised.
