Its slogan is: Bringing fat back since 2010, the year that classically-trained chef and owner Rick Gencarelli started serving out of a food cart in SE Portland. Now, it's a sandwich shop with two locations on each side of the river dedicated to bovine and swine. It's also a good stop for sampling a large rotating selection of craft brew on tap.
