Una Pizza Napoletana serves, unsurprisingly, a Neapolitan-style pizza that's as good as you're going to get outside of Naples. Every pizza is hand-made by chef Anthony Mangieri and blistered into perfection in their imported wood-fired oven. The dining room is simply furnished with wooden tables and looks onto the open kitchen so you can watch the meticulous, focused production. Only five kinds of pies are on the menu, but despite this minimal offering you will most likely have to wait in line. Open Wed-Sat 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
