Heart of the City Farmer's Market

Heart of the City Farmer's Market

Civic Center

Every Wednesday and Sunday since 1981 the Heart of the City Farmer's Market has gathered in United Nations Plaza at the Civic Center to sell a wide array of fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, baked goods, and charcuterie. A farmer-owned and -operated non-profit, the market is a well-respected part of the city's food culture, and provides produce to many at-risk communities.  Even non-foodies will enjoy the sights, sounds, and people-watching.
