DC Eagle, a historic leather bar, has its roots in the 1960s when some bikers and leathermen got together over dinner in a bar across from the FBI headquarters. The latest location off I-295 is a little tougher to find and a chain-link fence limits parking when you do. Worth the effort, particularly on weekends, it has cold beer, pool and TV sports downstairs, a deck for savoring cigars and an upstairs dance floor - the Eagle in Exile.
