Estadio has staked a claim on the elegant side of tapas-style dining.  Their cozy 14th Street space can get noisy but it's only because there are so many people there enjoying the lengthy drinks menu. Renowned for the best gin-and-tonics in DC, they also serve something called a "Slushito", a slushie-inspired cocktail that will knock your socks off.  Try a plate of their bocadillos and mushroom croquetas to balance out the drinks.  Brunch here is equally as fun; go for the foie gras scrambled eggs.
