The inventive Italian food served at Etto has made it a welcome addition to the Logan Circle dining scene. The house-made sausage and rabbit liver pate are good to start but you won't want to miss their pizzas, baked in the dining room in a traditional oak-fired oven and topped with a variety of fresh, seasonal ingredients. They mill their own flour here, and it makes the tender crust that much more enjoyable.
