Australia's largest cycling event, the Sydney Rides Festival takes place over more than three weeks with bike-themed performing arts, art exhibits, workshops, film screenings, open air disco, and culinary and history tours as well as riding events covering 10 km to 150 km (6 to nearly 100 miles). On the Spring Cycle ride, thousands of cyclists pedal traffic free across the Sydney Harbour Bridge main deck.
