K-Bar, named after owner and main bartender Kirsten Holm, was a pioneer of the Copenhagen cocktail scene. It's not quite the hotspot that it once was, but they still have one of the best menus in town, with a monochromatic color scheme and low lighting to keep things relaxed. Be sure to try the Lavender Martini, or Cocoa White Russian. No cover.
