Local gourmet chain Cofoco has several great restaurants in Copenhagen, and Oysters & Grill is one of their best. The rustic setting is perfect for digging into large plates piled high with oysters, razor clams, soft-shell crabs, and shrimp. The offerings from the grill are not quite as good as the seafood, but still manage to pack a wallop of flavor, and the bar does brisk business in well-prepared cocktails. Bonus touch: the handsome waitstaff are all dressed as sailors.
