In a very small room up a dark unmarked staircase above a touristy restaurant near Ibiza's harbor is the magnificent Los Pasajeros. Be prepared to share a table with other diners and see the chefs dancing in the open kitchen. The menu is straight forward with a well-executed simplicity and generous portions. Popular with locals, youngsters heading out for the night and DJs, the prices here are also big part of the attraction. If you are extremely lucky, you may may be seated at the one balcony table, but note that reservations are not taken.
