At the top of Ibiza's old town on the edge of the ancient wall, Plaza del Sol is located in an ancient but refurbished building. The restaurant has become well known for its quality menu and candle-lit outdoor dining on Plaza del Sol under sailcloth canopies, with astonishing views over the city. Cars don't drive this high into the old town, so be prepared to trek up the narrow, cobbled lanes to get there.
