Jaso serves modern North American cuisine created by Jared Reardon and Sonia Arias, a husband-and-wife team, trained at the Culinary Institute of America before working for David Bouley in New York. Opened in 2006, it features an al fresco terrace, distinctive architecture and one of the largest wine cellars in the city with more than 400 labels. But best of all are the scrumptious desserts created by Sonia, who has been baking since she was 10.
