The 450-foot (137-meter) cedar wood Capilano Suspension Bridge has long been a tourist highlight of North Vancouver. Built in 1889, it sits 230 feet (70 meters) above the Capilano River, and there are several other attractions on the property including a cliffwalk and a treetop tour.
