The Andaz by Hyatt has 239 stylish guest rooms and suites, a farm-to-table restaurant and a rooftop swimming pool. It also has a history: Keith Richards once threw a TV out the window of Room 1015. The hotel's convenient location on the Sunset Strip made it a favorite for rock stars in the 60s and 70s, including the Stones, the Who and Led Zeppelin, which rented six of the hotel's 14 floors at one point. It figures in "Almost Famous," which was filmed in part at the hotel. It was rebranded as the Andaz West Hollywood in 2009 following a renovation by Janson Goldstein LLP of New York that includes an 11-foot metal disk sculpture by Jacob Hashimoto.
